Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Zones

We currently offer specialized delivery services across Navi Mumbai. Our primary delivery areas include:

• Extended Zone: Navi Mumbai
• Other Areas: PAN India

2. Processing & Lead Time

To ensure you receive the most nutritious and fresh laddoos, we follow a Made-to-Order model:

• Order Processing: 1–2 business days.
• Dispatch: Once a batch is prepared, it is dispatched immediately.
• Total Timeline: Expect your delivery within 2–4 business days from payment verification.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order volume:

• Navi Mumbai (Local): Nominal delivery fee of ₹40 (Free on orders above ₹1000).
• PAN India (Extended): Standard fee of ₹80.

4. Delivery Process

Since our laddoos are perishable, we request that someone be available to receive the package at the provided address.

• Our delivery partner will attempt delivery once.
• If the customer is unavailable, the package may be left with a security guard or neighbor upon your request via WhatsApp.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is Shipped, we will update the status in your account dashboard and send a confirmation message via WhatsApp/SMS.
